Dwayne and his wife, Tawana, were married in 1989 and have 3 children. He was licensed to the ministry by Zion Temple Church of God in Christ (Sherwood, Arkansas) in 2001 and New Horizon Baptist Fellowship in 2006 (Glendale, Kentucky). In addition, to ministry licenses, he is a Kentucky state board approved Licensed Professional Counselor (Licensed Professional Counseling Associate-LPCA), Lic. #1642. Dwayne has an Associates of Arts (General), Bachelor of Science (Human Services), Master of Divinity (Pastoral Counseling), and Master of Education (Counseling & Human Dev.). Dwayne has served in a pastoral or staff capacity since 2001.

Tanner is 31 years old, and resides in Danville with his wife Alaina where she is an Emergency Room Doctor. Tanner was called to NHCC in January of 2015. He graduated from Campbellsville University with Bachelor's degrees in English and Mass Communications/ Public Relations and went on to receive a Master of Arts in Worship Leadership at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Tanner has a passion for worship, discipleship, and collegiate ministry, and he loves seeing young adults step into the calling God has laid upon their lives. Lila and her family moved to Fort Knox from Fort Benning, GA a in 2022 and by no coincidence, found New Hope! Lila loves to worship and her entire family has served in some capacity within their previous church for several years up until their move. Lila is married to Roy who is in the Army stationed at Fort Know. She has two children Riley (currently enlisted) and Avery.

Kim Laurence has been serving in women's ministry in different capacities for over 30 years. She has a passion to see women come to Christ, and to discover just how deeply Jesus loves them. She has a heart to pray with, mentor and counsel women who are hurting or just need someone to talk to or pray for/with them. She has had the joy of heading up and organizing women's events, including ladies meetings, small groups, fun outings, outreach events, prayer meetings, and retreats. She loves to teach the Word of god to help women mature in their walk with Christ, learn to apply the Word in a practical and relevant way in their lives, and come  to know who they are in Christ. She knows from experience that once women come to know who they are based on what God's Word says, they will receive healing and wholeness. Her great delight is to disciple women and help train them up so they can be activated into their God-given giftings and purpose.

Tamra came to New Hope in 2005 and became a member in 2007. She has served as office manager since June of 2017. Tamra and her husband Rob have 4 kids and 3 grandkids. She has lived in Elizabethtown since 1991 and is originally from Leitchfield, KY. She is very passionate about ministry and serving wherever the Lord leads.
